The Revvo Castor Company is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers worldwide of wheels and castors of all varieties. 

Revvo offers castors from 28mm diameter to 432mm diameter with load capacities from 14kg to 12000kg, giving product availability for applications from furniture and medical to aircraft and automotive industries throughout the world. 

Operating from extensive premises in Christchurch, Dorset, UK.  the Company has expanded and developed considerably since it was first registered to manufacture and supply castors from the original patent Revvo swivel design in 1929.

  Providing its customers with the ultimate in castor and wheel technology, Revvo specialises in a wide range of high-quality, competitively-priced products which are engineered to conform to a high specification and are quality assured to the new European/ International standard BS.EN.ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate number FM 21412. The Company has over many years, established long term supply relationships with major engineering and industrial concerns world-wide which is supported by its international distribution network in over 45 countries.

In recent years, significant investment in Computer Aided Design (CAD), Robotic welding, in-house polyurethane and rubber tyring along with Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines has been made together with the necessary systems to control production and management.

Revvo’s fully tested product range includes castors and wheels that handle loads from 14kg to 12,000kg in less than ideal conditions and a wide range of wheel and tyre materials including the industry-acclaimed Vulkollan® polyurethane. It provides light, medium, heavy duty and specialised castors including sprung castors for the movement of vulnerable loads, scaffold castors for access towers and numerous heavy-duty castors used extensively in a wide range of industries. These include automotive plants, ground support equipment at airports, material handling equipment and manufacturing companies world-wide requiring wheeled equipment.

Research & Development

Using the latest computer technology and extensive test facilities, Revvo’s design engineers, skilled technicians and project managers, provide research & development, production planning & control, to meet the individual constantly changing needs of the customer.  This expertise is often used to develop solutions for specific applications, as well as to improve the performance of existing Revvo products.
